Industry mentoring is an essential and intentional component of the MDC Dallas Crew & Performing Company Programs. Our Industry Mentoring Program connects our dancers with industry mentors.  Mentors inspire dancers to think about the range of work options available and to actively support their career exploration, professional development, and networking in their field and/or industry, while at the same time providing a robust class room training to them on a periodic basis.

The mentors who work with MDC Dallas are accomplished leaders in the field of Dance, Music, Movie and Stage entertainment. These are the leaders who have over a period of years not only excelled within their skills but have contributed to the professional entertainment industry working with named celebrities, production houses, TV shows and Music Tours.

MDC Dallas is proud yet humble to work with such industry legends and provide that network such that students can not only learn technique, but also gain valuable insights and networking opportunities from the invaluable work and life experiences of these mentors!
